I figured this out. It seems reconnecting it to the site turned off the filters. Thank you though!

I just tried to see if I could disconnect and reconnect the license key for the filter bar to a new domain and it looks like I can’t reconnect it. I really need help because people are suppose to be buying tickets off the website this week.
