I purchased The Events Calendar Pro, Filter Bar, and WooCommerce Ticketing for my website. The website needed to move from a testing server to a hosting space today so that the site could be made live. In doing so, the keys for those plugins are not working on the site. What can I do to reactivate them in the new hosting space for their domain?
I just tried to see if I could disconnect and reconnect the license key for the filter bar to a new domain and it looks like I can’t reconnect it. I really need help because people are suppose to be buying tickets off the website this week.
You can move licenses from site to site, but they first have to be disconnected on your License Keys page. We have a tutorial here that walks you through the process. If you have any trouble, please let me know and I’d be happy to help out.
