    Hi Courtney. I’m experimenting to see if that’s really scalable. The reality is that FaceBook is our “authoritative” source for all events, which is why we were using Event Calendar Pro / Aggregator in the first place.

    Historically, we never created events directly on the website; 100% of our posts were done through the Aggregator.

    I’m trying to set up a workflow that ensures the information stays consistent across both Event Calendar Pro and FaceBook, but since it’s now a manual process, it requires a lot more hand-holding. As a small business with only half a dozen employees, all of whom have traditionally posted events in one place (FaceBook) to reach all of our customers (Web and FB), it’s not immediately scalable.

    I knew about the policy changes, but I didn’t realize it was actually stopping Event Calendar Pro from working now.

    I realize it’s not the fault of your developers, but with no ETA for a fix, it sounds like we just need to shut down our Web Calendar until it’s resolved. 🙁

    Hi Courtney,

    Yes, I suppose that is what happened – the license was fine for a while, but then I noticed updates weren’t happening today, and it said I needed to activate the aggregator. I did that, and then the server error appeared.
