    Perfect. Should have figured that out myself.

    FYI, in the plugin, the “Sorry” link went to a different location than the article you sent me. What you sent was perfect. We can close this thread now & thanks for quick response!

    Don’t want to diverge too far from the original purpose of the thread, but…

    We launched yesterday, and in the process our base URL changed to the permanent http://m2foundation.org

    You can see the plugin in action at http://m2foundation.org/events/

    At launch, our developer had a lot of trouble with unexpected PHP errors, and he had to uninstall / reinstall a couple of times, as well as trying to revert to old versions.

    Anyway, I now see the “Sorry, this key is out of installs” message for both paid plugins.

    Can you please reset these? Thanks!

    Today is our launch day. Architecture question:

    As of now we have installed and have activated:

    Event Tickets 4.1
    Event Tickets Plus 4.1.1
    The Events Calendar 4.1.2
    The Events Calendar Pro 4.1.1
    plus
    The Events Calendar Shortcode 1.0.11
    and
    WooCommerce 2.6.0-dev

    Do I really need both the free and premium versions of ET and TEC running together?
    Currently, I have to queue all plugin updates to our developers, and (as you can see) it has been tough to keep everything in sync.

    Also, what would you recommend as the best starting place for documentation to get WooC integrated? I’m not concerned at this time with customizing anything; just want things to work smoothly “out of the box”

    Looks like we are also going to buy ET+. I will get that done today.

    One newbie question while I have you on the line — Can you point me to a help doc for this situation:

    We have a two-day event coming up where people can register for day 1, day 2 or both days. How is that handled in your system?

    Thanks for your reply. I’m new to what you guys have, and the range of options was hard to get my head around.

    We need both the recurring feature of ECPro and the WooC integration of ET+.

    I’ll check in with my partners here & get back to you. But it looks like we’ll just make the additional purchase of ET+
