Update – I’ve determined that if I add events to the calendar further down the road, I can get the Next link to show up. So I was able to see the Next link on September’s page if I have an event in September. This isn’t the case in prior months though — there is a blue status bar at the top of those pages that say there are no events to view. I can get around this by adding Christmas Day or something in December 2019 – but I’ll keep this ticket open so you can see if this really is a glitch to be addressed? Thanks!
