ParticipantAndras,
I stand corrected, it looks as though there is a theme conflict—when I switch to Twenty Seventeen the functionality works (even with all plugins active).Sorry to have wasted your time, but is there anyway that you can suggest me quickly finding the conflict to resolve?

ParticipantAndras,
I went through a staging site and followed all protocol (deactivated all plug-ins,etc). I wasn’t able to make this work, oddly, I rolledback to 4.5.7 and it worked, but anything after doesn’t work (again, you click “New Ticket” and it simply refreshes the page without showing a new ticket to enter information for).
I was unable to open a console on Mac Safari, is that correct?
I did find that I was also having this issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/version-4-7-causing-cpts-with-status-pending-review-are-visible-in-the-loop/ Could it be related?

ParticipantI have to use PayPal or am I able to use one of the other 3 services (authorize.NET, Stripe, etc)? And, so you are aware, the “add ticket” button is showing, but when I click it to create a ticket within an event, it simply refreshes the page without creating a ticket. This is happening also on a different website that I am using this premium plugin on, so I know that it’s not environment specific. I am pretty sure that I’ve ready that there is a bug with this version of the Ticket Plus, but I was unable to find further comments. Really need to get this fixed.

ParticipantAh, that’s a real bummer considering it’s a feature that should exist and has a ton of Google search results. Maybe that can be prioritized? It seems like it would be simple code option…

ParticipantHi Shelby,
Not a problem—figured something was up!
I removed that line, but in doing so, it simply shows all of the tickets—not only if there is less than X. Again, I only want to show the quantity if it’s less than 10, for example. If there are 10 or more, I’d like it to read “Tickets Available”.
Make sense?

ParticipantHey Shelby,
any thoughts?

ParticipantHey Shelby,
I found the code simply Googling solutions.
The site is here: https://worcesterwinefestival.com/events/
As you can see, the “ticket count” (which is usually to the right of the price) is hidden… I miss the “buy now” function but don’t like being able to see the ticket count (at least until they are at risk of selling out). Thoughts?
