I have gone ahead and upgraded our theme to a more less buggy theme. The Events Calendar seems to work without trouble now.

Thanks Geoff,

I have disabled as many of the fancy features I could from the theme’s settings. No change.
I have enabled Debug Mode, but am not sure where to access the log from.
I have installed the Debug Bar plugin, and get the following:

• view from in the dashboard (I notice the “please enable WP_DEBUG”)
• I am not sure how to access the debug menu from a webpage (clicking it doesn’t do anything)

I understand if you cannot solve this. But I appreciate you looking into it. The theme’s author said:

Hello Luke,

Unfortunately troubleshooting for third party plugins is not part of our support policy.
You can try using some of our other free themes to see if the plugin would work with them. Otherwise, if you paid for that plugin, please consult with the plugin developers, they should know how to solve that issue.

Thank you for your reply Geoff. The Theme author was not helpful. If we better identify the incompatibility, I will definitely follow up with the theme author.

Otherwise I will have to find a new theme (something I was hoping to avoid for a while) because the Event Calendar at this point is more important than this theme I’m using (which hasn’t been the best anyway).

So, any other ideas that I can pursue?
