    Hello, The web send email and ticket… but…
    Web send ticket only when “resend the ticket email”.
    Example:
    I buy ticket with transfer bank.
    After, I change status –> “status” Complet o finish (español= Completado).
    I havent received ticket 🙁
    Then, I choose “resend The ticket” and I receive the ticket (account test)

    Hello, thank by your answer.
    Website dont send emails out (nothing)…. It look like a server problem.
    I m going to ask to hosting… 🙁
