We are using the following versions and are still receiving the same error:

The Events Calendar PRO
Version 4.2.4

The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets
Version 4.2.1

Are there more recent versions of the plugins?

This is a production website and the “Testing for Conflicts” guide calls for disabling our theme and all our plugins. As this would completely render our site inoperable it is not possible.

However, we have a test domain with an equivalent configuration, and though it’s not necessarily an apples-to-apples test as we’re not able to apply the Eventbrite plugin license key for lack of additional installations, after restoring the theme to Twenty Sixteen and disabling all plugins save the The Events Calendar & Eventbrite plugins, we are still receiving the message “Your Eventbrite token is not valid…”

Sorry, performed a plugin update before posting but The Events Calendar plugins didn’t update. They are now up-to-date but the same error message is being reported.
