AshlieParticipant
I didn’t even need to downgrade.
I ended up completely deleting both plugins from the site, then reuploaded them through WordPress (not FTP) and everything is back in the sidebar.
I think implemented the hot fix (above) to resolve the css/js issues on https, and that has been resolved as well.
Thanks!
AshlieParticipantI tried implementing the fix here: https://github.com/moderntribe/tribe-common/pull/487/files/3d7aedf8c198b5e623225a996e9078954c11ffd2, and that did nothing.
I’m going to try reverting back to the previous version and see if that helps any.
AshlieParticipantI should note that I even tried reuploading both calendar plugins and checked file permissions, and still don’t have access to add or edit events.
AshlieParticipantI tried it with the twenty seventeen & sixteen themes (with the snippet in the functions.php file) and neither of those worked. I don’t want to have to downgrade the plugin either – will that require me to re enter all of my events & custom settings for the calendar if downgrading is my only option?
AshlieParticipantIf at all possible, I need this issue resolved ASAP, the site will go live in a few days and I would have to have the calendar working properly before I set it live.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to speed up the process .
