lbethkeParticipantHi Geoff-
Thanks for your response. So a few questions before I try your solution:
1) You are referring to the “&” symbol, not the “@” symbol, correct?
2) I use the @ symbol in most listings but I don’t use the “&” symbol very often, so I’m surprised the “&” symbol would be causing the problem; I know I’ve used it in the past when importing csv files and haven’t had an issue
3) My problem was two-fold–many events were not importing at all and others were importing incorrectly with lots of mixed-up info. Did you check both issues with your solution to see if those were corrected as well?
4) If you are referring to the “&” symbol, do I just need to go in and change it wherever it appears?
5) Again, if you are referring to the “&” symbol, it seems odd to me that it is affecting listings even when it is not used anywhere in that particular row/event item, so just wanted to check to make sure I’m understanding this correctly. Thanks,
LindylbethkeParticipantHi Cliff-
Just wondering if you have any idea when this might be resolved (days, weeks, months, etc)? I’m also wondering if I will be notified when it is addressed/resolved?Thanks,

lbethkeParticipantOk, but then what is the purpose of the Recurrence Rules and giving the ability to “add another rule” (with different dates/times) within one event listing? I’m wondering when I would use this/what it’s for if it’s not for adding an event that has 2 different times.
Also I have a couple of other questions on different topics. Do I need to start a new thread or can I just ask you those as well?
Thanks,

lbethkeParticipantHi Hunter,
I have the most up to date versions of both plugins. For TEC I have Version 4.2 and for PRO I have Version 4.2.
I have only imported the CSV files. I have have not added events manually. I first imported some files from a CSV file – and I got the issues of the costs not showing up. I then copied my database from my live site to my testing site, just to make sure I was dealing with the exact same files/database.
When I go to look at what imported from the csv file in the events on the WordPress dashboard I do see my entire string of what I had in the “costs” column from the CSV file – so it is importing correctly and I do see the full text there; it is just no displaying correctly when you view it on the webpage.
