    Hi,
    Yes I have tried Twenty Twelve to no avail.
    Do you have any timings for the next release as this issue is stopping the website from going live.
    Can I be a alpha/beta tester? as this issue is critical now.

    Thanks for the pointer Barry. In case anyone else finds it useful you need to reference the woocommerce simple product first:
    $simpleProduct->post->post_excerpt

    Hi Barry – Sorry we are using Event Calendar Pro as well. So when someone buys an event ticket we want to show the ticket description & ticket SKU on the cart & checkout pages.
    The ticket description is different to the event excerpt.
