Hi, okay, so i’ve added two tickets to the event, which is a workaround.

However, there are a couple of issues:

NaN is appearing whenever a +/- quantity button is pressed
The form appears to be missing some CSS . The base styling appears to be missing or not formatted?

Hi, yes, without the download being associated with Events ticket plus, the prices show up as normal, as you can see here with a download :

However, when an easy digital download is used in conjunction with events tick plus, the options do not show up.

This looks to me like an ajax button or similar is not working/not showing on events ticket plus? If you completely refresh the page, you’ll see a grey box section appear, then disappear. I’m thinking that this grey box could/should contain the ticket options?

There are no conflicts. I’ve disabled all other plugins and the problem still occurs. Can you help?

Hi, yes, so the event is in conjunction with Easy Digital Downloads, as set in the below section..

In easy digital downloads , there is a download as follows:

However, the options for lunch/no lunch arent showing on the event ticket page, or the purchase process.

Any ideas?
