Actually i did not have Events Calendar installed, i didn’t see that in the requirements. I set up an event and a ticket but now i have a new problem, i’m receiving a wootickets error.

yes they are both activated, but i don’t see anything about creating or viewing tickets. i still get To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce.
