ParticipantHi Josh, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the adjustments of the WPML settings didn’t help. Maybe it might be a hint to advertise the notice to download the 30days-free version first, more prominent on your side. $90 bucks are gone now.
Thanks anyway

ParticipantSo, whats new?

ParticipantI kept on testing;
I do have the impression as there is no “link” between ETP and EDD. Any update is not reflected in EDD.
Still, EventTicket works, but as soon as I want to sell tickets, it does confirm that tickets are stored, but they are not and the behaviour is as described above.
I also have deactivated and deleted the plug-in (and re-installed) a couple of times, but no change in behaviour.
Appreciate your support (as I cannot use the product)
Thanks Cheers JensJens
ParticipantUpdate:
I can see the ticket from my testing with plug-ins deactivated.
Now I am testing with all plug-ins ACTIVATED and I CANNOT see the tickets in EDDJens
ParticipantYes, I can see the tickets there.

ParticipantHi Josh,
it looks like that the Event Ticket Plus has some trouble in working together with “WPML Multilingual CMS”. Once this plug-in is activated, the ticket price and all “links to EDD” are not kept.
Could you please have a look into that?
Thanks a lot
Cheers JensJens
ParticipantHi Josh,
in the meantime I am some steps further. It looks like, that there is constrain between different plug-ins. I am right now deactivating all plug-ins and test one-by-one where the problem may lay.
Cheers Jens

ParticipantNeed to add that I use EDD with Events Calendar and Events TicketsPlus
