Thanks for the quick response.

I’m using Woocommerce tickets. The issue we’re having is customers are purchasing tickets but not receiving their tickets or confirmation because they made a mistake in their email address. We are able to correct the email and manually resend the ticket but it would be easier if they had to enter their email address twice to avoid mistakes. Would it be possible to add an additional email address tag in the form that would have to match the previous. Failure to do so resulting in an form error message. Hopefully I’ve explained this well enough. See image attached
