They are on different servers I have also tried those steps but I will retry again..

So I re installed the plugins and still cant get it to import I get

We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.

It is working on old site but not the new site I am stuck as to what to do.

The versions are correct I just checked and on import ID i keep getting
