What is your Event Update Authority setting? You can find this under Events > Settings > Import tab and looks like this: https://cloudup.com/cvGYf71lZE2
Screen Shot 2016-12-16 at 4.01.57 AM.pngThank you for the reply. This is difficult for us to test in the suggest manner as the imports ALWAYS succeed when done manually. Its the timed automation that doesn’t work. We can’t take our site down for a day or two to test this out.
Is there some sort of technical log that we can view to see WHY the automated imports are failing?
