I do have a couple follow-up questions:
1 – Would the person with the QR scanner app need to have WP login credentials or be logged in to the WP Dashboard in a browser BEFORE scanning the QR code? Just trying to get logistics as with the last solution, you had to login to the backend of WP in order to scan the tickets and I fear that may have caused the disturbances since we had numerous ticket scanners with hundreds of tickets trying to be scanned.
2 – Have users of Event Tickets Plus had issues with the ability to scan QR Codes to scan attendees during high web traffic times? We obviously receive our highest traffic volume during our event and do increase our web server capacity during our event days, but was curious if you had a recommendation on this based on previous use cases.
