ParticipantHi again.
This is URGENT as the event is tomorrow!
I saw that you have an update, but haven’t had time to test it out yet.
I’m writing to you because my client is pretty nervous about her event tomorrow.
First of all the numbers:
Total Tickets Sold: 354
Complete: 354
CSV file: 354 <- great!Orders tab:
Sold: 343
Approved: 354
Cancelled: 11I hope the numbers according to the CSV is correct?
Another really big issue is that a customer contacted my client asking if his tickets (which he recieved) was valid since his payment didn’t go through? Meaning that tickets was sent to him but his payment did go through?!!
Hope you can get back soon!

ParticipantHi Jaime
Could you please give me a final EXACT explanation. My client is very worried about the number which doesn’t make sense!
I am also still really confussed!
Sold: 284
Cancelled: 18
Total: 302CSV: 302 Aproved attendees.
Another event:
Orders tab:
Total Sales: 276
Approved: 330
Processing: 0
Cancelled: 54Participant tab:
330 Sold (0 Remaining, 54 Cancelled)
In the CSV there’s 330 approved.
Why does it say there is 54 cancelled then???Dennis
Participanthi Jaime
Thanks for clarifying the number.
But then where can i find the 18 who is cancelled? I just want to be 100% sure that they are not part of the 302.

ParticipantHi Jaime
In the CSV all of the 302 is Completed orders so as I see it they all should be actual attendees?
Therefore I’m concerned about the changing of numbers through the total_sales field.
My client is, to say it mild, worried and really confussed. They has 3 events of the same ticket price so figuring out the actual attendees/buys from the the bank records is almost impossible.
I seriously don’t know what to say to them anymore?
Dennis
ParticipantHi Jaime
Again thank you for your reply.
I did not try this as I’m uncertain which value to add to the total_sales field. I’m afraid to put in a wrong total which will make a wrong outcome.
Looking at my last reply which total sales number would you then add? 302?
Dennis
ParticipantHi Jaime
It doesn’t makes sense at all the numbers are way off.
Looking at the attendees tab:
Total Tickets Sold: 302
Complete: 302Looking at the orders tab:
Sold 284 of 284
Cancelled: 18According the the CSV there’s 302 ettendees.
The event had a total of 340 tickets but it says it’s sold out?
I’m really confussed and I think it’s a problem if we are able to sell 38 tickets more.

ParticipantHi Jaime
Yes it’s quite difficult to figure out.
What I don’t understand is why the CSV says 354 and haven’t removed/marked the cancelled ones? It doesn’t say which records out of the 354 is cancelled?
The 4 deleted was just in the list and we haven’t done anything?

ParticipantHi Jaime
Thank you for your reply.
It doesn’t make sense as the CSV files says 354? Se the attached file. It is just really confusing.

ParticipantHi again
I found afterwards that the PHP memory was to low so after increasing this it helped – or maybe it was due to a . in the reply name in the email settings (Saw this as a possible problem in another forum regarding email problems with woocommerce).
Anyways things are ok now…8)
Thanks for getting back!
