    Turned out to be a user problem (surprise, surprise) and not a software problem. The EC PRO plugin was deactivated. Not sure how (nobody with access has confessed). Reactivated it and all is well.

    Thanks for the follow-up. Your product has been a great addition to make our weird, old, too-many-cooks site I’ve inherited.
