ParticipantIt is still not working and people can buy tickets so getting URGENT.
Can I see reply here? My email is [email protected] and I do not have direct access to [email protected]
jeanette
ParticipantNo it doesn’t – I’ve reverted to the Month view for now – the symbol on the right only shows on the list view and not the calendar or the actual event info listing page.
Hopefully the client is ok with this
jeanette
ParticipantI’ll try but unfortunately, the client only used the free version and VillaTheme don’t share their KB without a purchase number.
Working from the beginning – this conflict only appeared when I added the css to the site
.tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost {display:none;}
What if we dropped this css and approached this from the child-theme?
I know you have a themers guide I can refer to but honestly, I got a bit lost as to where to begin with this – is there anywhere you can point me for a bit of ‘how to’ when working with these elements?
Thanks

ParticipantYes the tickets are sold via WooComm
I’ve checked and reset the symbol position in Multi-Currency and no change.
I then used the CCS code “NZ$ #PRICE#” which resulted in the amount showing as “20.00NZ$ #PRICE#” on the events calendar page.
On a side note – the settings are correct for all the products in the store even with the CCS
See images attached
Where to next?
Thanks

ParticipantHi Jeremy
I’ve found the conflict – it is with WooCommerce plugin – we’re running version 3.4.3
All other plugins have been tested an working fine – the site is fully updated too
Where to next?
Matt

ParticipantYes it is un-checked

ParticipantHey Jeremy that did the trick but now its moved the dollar/pound symbol from the left of the purchase amount to the right. (see attachments)
How can I rectify this?
