The solutions of your competitors all suck. I guess I have to hack in the PDF generation myself.

The development isn’t that substantial. Just need to fix the layout of the HTML a bit and than pull it through wkhtmltopdf.

Hi Brook,

That is an unexpected turn of events. Sending PDF tickets is a key feature of this project. Your product page explicitly says it’s sending PDF tickets, otherwise I might have informed / tested at forehand.

Tickets are sent to users as PDFs, so you can customize them to suit your event. Attendees can easily pull up the tickets on their mobile device to get the details.

I’ve already spend time and money buying, creating and customizing themes and plugins based on a WooCommerce solution.

All and all, I’m highly disappointed and a little mad. I hope there is a little more you can do for me than just refund the plugin.

I’ve tried it (again) with all plugins disabled, clearing cache etc. No change.

I’ve enabled PHP_DEBUG. This only showed an unrelated notice in the logs. Fixed that, no change.

I’m wordering if the plugin is incomplete. I’m unable to find anything PDF related:

Note that I’m both PHP developer and system administrator. If you give me clear instruction to debug something, I can.
