Hey Rob, thanks for the response. I left wp-config alone because I still want English as the default but to make some large scale label substitutions (like every instance of Events for example). I thought I could do that using POEdit to to generate new .mo and .po (tribe-events-calendar.mo and tribe-events-calendar.po) but that didn’t appear to work. I did read in one forum post that re-saving permalinks is supposed to help get those language file changes recognized but that didn’t seem to do anything for me. I am not using any other language plugins. Thanks!

Hi Rob,
I’m having trouble seeing the changes in my language file too.
I want to keep things English but change a dozen or so labels. So I used POEdit to generate new po and mo files from tribe-events-calendar.pot. I read in another forum post that saving permalinks usually “refreshes” everything but my changes still aren’t showing. Any suggestions?
