    Hi Brendan,

I just made a test order for an event with multiple attendees. However when I went into users I was unable to see any new customers. However the attendees are still listed on the actual event. You previously said that attendees were saved as customers, are these customer users not visible in the normal users area?

    Thanks

    Hi Brendan,

In addition to this point, I notice that in the backend of an event I can see a list of the attendees for that event.

How is a generated customer user linked to the event that they bought a ticket for?

    Thanks again.

    Thanks for the assistance Brendan.

Can we assume from this comment that each attendee of the ticket (Eg; If multiple on one ticket) would be created in WordPress as separate users with their attendee information attached?

    Hi Victor,

Thanks for getting back to me.

No there was not a valid end date set. I did not realise that this was a required field. I had not set a start or end date, with the idea that an end sale date is not always known immediately. It looks like when you do this the start date is automatically set to today’s date at 12am, but when you go back to edit the ticket the end sale date was automatically set to todays date at 1am. This obviously causes the ticket to not display because it’s past the end sale date time.

Thanks for making this clear to me, I will just need to set end sale dates far in the future. However I would suggest marking these fields as required in the admin view considering they seem necessary to display correctly.

    Thanks again.
