    I have exactly the same problem. I have isolated the problem to be caused by the Events Calendar Pro: when the plugin is active, the problem is there, when the plugin is inactive, the problem goes away.

    In fact I remember that the problem only started a week ago, corresponding with the time of the update to version 3.1

    This is a major problem which is holding up the the launch of my site, so please fix it!
