    Installed Easy WP SMTP and that fixed the problem.

    On checking the WordPress email settings I can see that there is no Email Recipient nominated but when clicking on the email configuration icon, there is no option to add a recipient. See screenshots for clarification. Tickets are set to send on order status of Processing.
