I’ve just upgraded to WooCommerce 3.0 on one of my client’s site and it resulted in dozens of errors. At this stage I can’t say that it has anything to do with the Events Calendar, but rolling back to the previous version of WooCommerce sorted it out. I’d hang off if I were you.
