Thanks, got the email to work as html and with Featured image in the ticket product I am able to receive ticket via email with image allowing me to add some design flair. Thanks!

I did the Amazon SES and DKIM Mailer trick as suggested by jfulgham and it works, just gets the email unformatted though, almost as if not html, but text, how can one design the ticket feel better?
