Edited to add, yes, the install was completely new, so the free version is also 2.0.3 and there is no earlier version of PRO running on the system.

Hi Rob,

So it appears that the conflict is with the Term Menu Order plug-in by James Lafferty (https://github.com/kalchas/Term-Menu-Order) — any thoughts as to whether these two can work together would be most welcome.
