    Thanks Courtney

Yes, the links to single events are working but the single event page is called page instead of the name of the single event eg Special Opening. I would also like to have a sidebar on the page. What do I need to get that working? Have I missed something in one of the Primers?
The forum email address does not include any spaces or [] and I retyped the address.

    Thanks

    Hi Courtney

Thanks very much for the prompt reply. I have managed a workaround for the events calendar page (you can check out the updated one at https://www.gsq.org.au/gsq-events/). What I did was create a new page with my content on the top and the [tribe_events] shortcode below and the sidebar has the menu links with the short code a for a list below. What I am concerned about is the slug for events calendar which is different to the slug for the new page and that at some point the EC slug will overwrite the page – if this all makes sense.

However, I still have an issue with the single event page. Do I create a new page with a sidebar and then put a shortcode on that page for displaying single events? I will play around with the code on the link you sent.

I also tried replying to the email address you specified but my email bounced back twice.

    Thanks
    Geoffrey
