I just looked into the purchase and I think one was for the events calendar pro and the other for shopp tickets to integrate into it.

The other guys, Thrive, have said that if your plugin is built following the wordpress codex it will work, and I assume that is the case. I know you can get a refund, there is just a lot of work to get to finding out that they are not compatible.
