I deactivated all plugins except for events calendar, woo commerce, events ticket and then I also activated mail STMP, and mail log so I could see the out going mail logged.
The mail that woo commerce sends out (you have a new order, and thanks for making the order) are both sending and received by the recipient. However, the ‘tickets’ email is sent but not received. I can see in the mail log app.
I did all of this after setting the 2016 default theme and deactivating all plugins.
Please advise me on how to proceed!
