    Cliff,

Here is an update for you.

My client went ahead and updated yesterday to the latest Events Tickets plugin (Not Events Tickets Plus – Yes we have Events Tickets Plus installed but he did not update that plugin) and immediately lost all ticket sales on all recurring events. (i.e.) the ticket selection and add to cart (WCOM Embedded Product) section disappeared.

I received a nasty email this morning about the unreliability of this website and how he is not selling any tour tickets because of the work I have done poorly on his new website.

I reverted the Events Tickets Plugin to version to 4.5.7 and all works again.

You must get a handle on these updates! I will lose valuable clients if you keep breaking your own plugin with this stuff. You may be able to not worry about such things, but I am not. I chose your software because it is supposedly the best and because I have used it in production sites for years. Right now I am not too happy about this latest choice with these updates.

PLEASE TEST YOUR CODE BEFORE ISSUING UPDATES

    You are kidding…right?

I am not the only person here saying that this update has broken ticket sales on production sites. You teal has even admitted that there is a bug which inserts bogus start and end ticket sales timing….

I suggest you fix your update, since it take you over 24 hours to respond to these messages – yes, I had a fix of my own, but I also came here for information and what I found was that I was not alone. Version 4.6 is broken and full of bugs dude. I already rolled back, which is what I said in my post (which was intended more to warn others before they go through the same issue with a client breathing down their neck, like I did all afternoon).

Whatever you did to the recurring ticket sales process, is not right and needs to be rectified before anyone who sells recurring tickets installs this update.
