ParticipantOk, it is “just” a translation issue … Tickets is translated as “Karten” which threw me off .. it’s working after all 🙂

strange, in the picture you posted the header says “Karten”, which is Maps in english … the text talks about adding a picture for the header.
It doesn’t say anything about a Ticket? So the problem is the german installation?

Participantdisabling all other plugins didn’t help. Starting to suspect that it could be somehow related to the shared server hosting we’re using? or that we use a german wordpress installation?

There is no Ticket option there :/Looks like something with the installation didn’t work?
