Having exactly the same problem here – must be the plugin.
Help us out please, Tribe? We have to rely on this plugin for all of our ticket sales, so we can’t afford for it to stop working.

Thanks for this, Bryan. Please could the documentation be updated as soon as possible Barry? It’s incredibly frustrating to build (and try to debug) something based on the official docs when they are totally incorrect. I have wasted a lot of time on this.
