    Here is what the Beaver Builder support team said:

    Issues like this are usually caused by how the plugin’s widget is only coded to work on the backend(Widgets section), but not on the frontend. The widget usually misses a few assets to work since they were only being loaded on the backend. Feel free to get in touch with the plugin author and see if they’re willing to make it work on the frontend. 🙂

    I am all for using the widget method. However, I am struggling a bit with it. I am using Beaver Builder to build my page layouts but when I go to add the widget the “filter” section does not work. Any idea how to get this working? I have attached a screenshot.

    It does this in both chrome and safari. I have the latest version of WordPress and the latest of both plugins.
