ParticipantHi,
I have tried that with six events, from different pages, that I know are not being imported (via the scheduled import) and it makes zero difference. This has been ongoing a year before Facebook’s changes.
They will always work with a manual import but the scheduled imports NEVER run.
Is there anything else I can try?

ParticipantHi Jamie,
I always keep plugins up to date 🙂
There are over 80 URLs on my Event Aggregator
Here is one example. I have attached a screenshot for my scheduled import for the RBC Film Theatre. It has a frequency of Daily but it hasn’t updated since the 30th of March (when I did a manual import)
The RBC Film Theatre has an event on April 13th (A Fantastic Woman at the RBCFT) which hasn’t been imported.
This is similar on the majority of my scheduled imports (they will only import when I do a manual import)
Thank you

ParticipantHi, I have done that and attached the screenshot

Participantyou said “So you’re saying that you created a fresh WordPress installation, added only our plugins, enabled Anonymous Submissions in Community Events’ settings, and then visiting /events/community/add from a browser where you’re logged out still did not work? If it didn’t, what did it do–blank white screen or redirect to a login form or something else?”
Yes, to all of the above and it goes to a login screen
If I unchecked the anonymous Submissions button then the login screen is greyed out
Our developer couldnt see anything else

ParticipantManually running imports works without issue (it is only automated/scheduled imports that fail), is that correct? – YES
If you visit the Events → Help screen and scroll to the bottom of the screen, does it state that it has successfully connected to our ea.theeventscalendar.com servers? – YES
In that same screen can you enable “Debugging” for the event log if you haven’t done so already and give me an idea of what sort of notices and errors are collected there, if any?
I DID AS THE ATTACHED IMAGE BUT THE LOG FILE WAS 0kb

Participantyes i have disabled every other plugin, tried basic 2017 theme etc
Derek Pennycook
Participantnope all still fail
I keep paying for all these renewed licences but nothing ever works
Derek Pennycook
Participantwe have done all that and wasted more time
I probably spend the majority of my working day resolving issues with Events Calendar (the event aggregatator still doesn’t work after all the updates)and yes, I do have quite a number of plugins but 99% of issues are with The Events Calendar
SO, I have forked out a few hundred more dollars on a developer and now when anyone goes to https://www.dgwgo.com/events/community/add they are asked to login ?
Any ideas
Really losing faith here
