digitaliwayParticipantafter updating with the javascript fix I still had a ticket sale with no attendee information submitted. This happened before wordpress 4.8 and I was current up to but not including https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-of-12th-june-2017/
see this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/atendee-info-not-saving/
digitaliwayParticipantgreat thank you, I have removed the temp fix and updated the plugin. I will report back as needed
digitaliwayParticipantwhen I update should I remove the script that I just added to the functions file? I want to avoid conflicts.
digitaliwayParticipantI added the script to the functions file and I have no issues so far, but I will keep an eye on it.
digitaliwayParticipantI figured this out. I do not see any documentation about YOU NEED to be logged into the admin to perform check-in (even though this seems obvious it should be documented). most importantly what is the minimum role a user should be to check in.
I set a user to contributor and used role manager plugin to give the user edit privilege for all TRIBE capabilities and it worked fine.
digitaliwayParticipantThank you for the detail on this. I removed everything and it seems after a period of time the information stops showing up. I was sure to clear browser history and temp files, also being sure to logout and back in. This almost seems like PHP-FPM and/or MEMCACHED on the server is keeping data for a period of time in memory. I know this is out of your scope so I will investigate further on my end. thank you for your time.

digitaliwayParticipantI encountered one other issue. when placing a ticket order then removing the order and attendees I still see the tickets I purchased when logged in as the user looking at the event. see attached – how can I remove that?
digitaliwayParticipantyes that worked great thank you.
digitaliwayParticipantno other questions thank you
digitaliwayParticipantthan you for the info I will adjust.
one last question as I just ran into this one. I need to do a custom order of the tickets not by price or name as you provided but by a specific order and do you have any examples of this?
digitaliwayParticipantyes that worked great and I do have one question regarding ticket field sets.
I am using woo commerce to process the ticket sale. After adding the ticket with the additional options selected I end up in the woocommerce cart. in the cart there is an option to increase the quantity to purchase more tickets which is where I have the questions:
1.) changing the quantity will allow more tickets to be purchased, but there is no option to change the options for each ticket so I am concerned how it will save the ticket purchase after using this method to buy more. each increate in quantity shows attendee 1, 2 3 and so on with a selection from field set but not in the cart.
2.) in the cart the ticket name is not clickable to go back to the page and see what you purchased to make changes. is there a way to go back and edit the tickets trying to purchase so it maintains all selections made in fieldsets?
digitaliwayParticipantI was able to get that working with ticket field sets. I still have some issues that need addressed. There will be multiple tickets for this event and I need to order the tickets appropriately. Please see my attached file, how can I order them?
