Hi Andras,

Thanks for your help! I understand how to create additional fields using EC Pro.

My issue is is I’d like to to call a specific custom field after the event description and not in the additional fields box.

All of the custom fields you create get returned in the community events submission form via custom.php.

Id like to create a custom text area field using EC Pro and the call that specific field outside of the additional fields (right after events description). I’m trying to add additional questions about the the event.

I was hoping for some insight on how to do this using EC.

I’d like to change the bootstrap-datepicker.js to only show the month of April as well as change startDate and endDate to April 1st-8th. So they user only sees April and only has the option to select April 1st-8th when searching/creating an event.

I only want to filter the calendar to a specific date if the user selects a date to search by. The calendar would show all events by default and a user could filter it to a single day using the date picker.

More details to make sure I’m clear, I am hosting an event that takes place April 1st-8th. I’d like when a person searches the calendar for a single day they only see events from that date.

I am using community events and the filter bar as well.

Thanks Cliff! I just wanted to make sure I was editing in the right place. That worked.

Also, the events calendar uses bootstrap-datepicker.js, correct?

I’d like to customize the date picker so it only allows the user to choose a specific date range.

I know bootstrap-datepicker.js allows you to do this using their startDate and endDate options. Do you have any advice on how to go about executing this with community events? Also, does the date search bar and the community edit-event page use different date pickers?
