Clarifying my comment: Ive added your text to functions.php. I now need to know where to go, to add my intro text to the Submit Event page.
OK — i can do that, but then where do i go to add that text, since the Submit an Event is not actually a page? I checked back in Events Community Settings and do not see where to do so. Am i looking in the wrong place? What am i missing?
Sure — go ahead and try some tests. I just submitted a few successfully, but a few unsuccessful attempts this morning, as well. Here is the screen:

This seems impossible to test, because it intermittently works. And some people’s event entries are going through. Some still aren’t, however (and they are telling me).
For example, I began by changing the theme at your suggestion and testing: worked fine (ooh la la)
Yesterday, I tested multiple times (had friends test, too), from different devices: worked fine
This morning, i tested again: not workingthoughts, suggestions?
