Welp, looks like it’s fixed. I downloaded the latest version of both plugins and manually upgraded. Not sure what the glitch was but we’re all good now!

Hey Hunter…apologies, I never received an email notification of your reply. So, the problem is that I can’t even get to the System Information panel, I get a 500 error upon plugin activation and then have to FTP in, rename the folder to deactivate it in order to get back into the Dashboard.
As for updating, I did it manually…

I have not resolved this issue yet but it may be of some value to other people.
