ParticipantCliff, any update on this issue? Thanks!

ParticipantIt is working great now! I deactivated all the plugins for explorealex.com and it started working. I wanted to hone in on the culprit but as I made it back to every plugin activated with it still working. I have a suspicion it is the Plugin Organizer. It appears to have reset after deactivating and reactivating.

ParticipantYep, you’re right. I emailed them again and it should be on now.

ParticipantCliff,
Thanks for the response! I went through the guide and the only thing I’m seeing is that the views don’t work while the Filter Bar plugin is activated. I deactivated all other plugins and switched to the default theme and the issue was still present. It works as soon as the Filter Bar is deactivated.
I’m seeing the same error in the Chrome console but I’m unsure how to fix it from that feedback.

ParticipantThat did the trick! I had to add the !important property but it’s all good. Thanks for the help!

ParticipantURL: http://explorealex.com/events/list/
The suspect areas are most apparent in mobile view.

ParticipantI should have been a bit more specific. It’s just these small areas that are white and need to be transparent:

Thanks for the help!

ParticipantSuccess! Love you guys!

ParticipantThat helped tremendously! The only other one that is critical element for me is to fix is the “View all 5 events” text in the month view: http://explorealex.com/events/month/
Right now this is my styling but the font color isn’t changing.
.tribe-events-viewmore {color: white !important;background:none;}
Thanks again!

ParticipantThanks for the reply, Brian! Following your lead, I removed as many of the !important declarations as possible to simply the style sheet. Here are the elements I’m still struggling with:
Background http://explorealex.com/events/today/ (change background to ‘none’)
dd.author.fn.org (On list/day view – change text to white)
.recurringinfo (On list/day view – change text to white)
.tribe-events-viewmore (On month view – change text to white)Thanks again for any help!

ParticipantThanks for the reply!
1. Some of the styles are from the Headway customizer, but the styles for the Events Calendar has to be manually entered into the CSS sheet because it doesn’t reside on a page.
2. Caching is enabled with host and can’t be shut off. However, I did flush the cache several times.
3. I just tried the .event-is-recurring {color:white !important;} again and it worked. Not sure what was the deal but I won’t argue with a good result 😉
I added an orange background to make elements that are giving me trouble stand out. For some reason changing the background works but not the text color:
http://staging.mixed-degree.flywheelsites.com/events/
http://staging.mixed-degree.flywheelsites.com/events/today/The only ones I couldn’t change the background on are these:
.tribe-events-day-time-slot
.tribe-events-sub-nav (worked on the top nav bar but not the bottom one)Thanks a ton for the help!
