ParticipantHI Nico — I tried playing around with various page templates with no success. The tickets don’t appear in the published page either. The license validation is still a problem too. The theme designer is sadly no longer supporting the theme so I can’t go to them for help. At this point, I needed to go with another solution so that I can get tickets sold for the event.
Since I can’t get this to work on my site, can I get a refund?
Cheers!

ParticipantUpon further investigation, it appears that there is a conflict with my theme. If I switch to the TwentySixteen theme, it works fine — the tickets appear on the event page. I’ve enabled debugging but there is nothing in the debug.log. Do you have any suggestions on what else I can do to try and narrow down what the issue might be?

ParticipantThanks Nico — I read through the install guide and have both plugins installed and while I can configure/add tickets on the event, I’m now having problems with the tickets displaying on the front end page. When you view the event in preview mode, there is no tickets on it.

ParticipantHi Nico — So it appears that I had both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed not sure if that was the issue so I removed both plugins and reinstalled the Event Tickets Plus plugin only. But now, there is no sign of Event Tickets Plus in the Events->Settings and when I create an event, the ticketing section doesn’t exist either. WordPress said the install was successful yet, I cannot find any sign of the plugin other than in the plugins section of the admin panel.
Any suggestions?
At this point, I might need to abandon the plugin and go w/ something else.
