ParticipantThanks, Sky – that’s helpful. Hard to tell which part is whose!

ParticipantSo, unfortunately, that didn’t seem to do the trick…Here’s a screen shot of what happened when I registered for an upcoming program (Beautiful Hand Lettering) in October. As you can see from the top, I’m logged in (Kelley Beeson) but you can see the form is already populated with Elaine Fisher’s info (that I didn’t input today, but she was the last patron I registered for a program)….

ParticipantHi Sky
So we actually learned that when our staff is logged-in and we need to manually register someone for a program, WordPress interprets that information that we put in as OUR info and adds it to our profile. So, it’s assuming, that every time we register someone for a program ourselves, while logged-in, that we’re changing our profile info. So it just keeps the info of the last person we registered for a program. It happens anytime we register someone for a program ourselves (not when someone registers at home). So there’s no ‘one program’ where it’s occurring, it’s just every time we are logged-in and register someone manually.
And it’s happened to all of our staff, all logged-in with their own profiles to WordPress (since we need to see back-end info while we’re at work). And we can see the info of the last person who we helped register for a program. I noticed too, that WP will put that into the staff person’s profile as their name, address, email, etc. The only workaround we can find is to open another tab for the calendar that doesn’t see as logged-in.
Since the Help Desk link was private, it wouldn’t help to share it. But here it is: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/rsvp-info-pre-populated/
