ParticipantOK… Well, this is NOT great news, as I have two active sites that use this plugin as a main feature. I was just about to start a new build using the same plugin, but in light of this major issue as well as others I’ve experienced when using it, I’m actively looking for an alternative solution.
Considering that this is a premium plugin (and not a cheap one), the number of issues it has, and the amount of time it takes to fix them, is totally unacceptable.

ParticipantThanks Jaime.
The Facebook URL for the first site is https://www.facebook.com/MuskokaChautauqua/.
The second site (artsinmuskoka.com) imports events from that page, and also from these two pages:

ParticipantThanks for the reminder, David.
Shelby – I’ve only got a few more days until I hit the 30-day refund window, so it would be great to know if this is even a possibility. I can wait a bit for it to be implemented, but if it’s not going to happen at all I will probably need to find a different solution.

ParticipantYes, a timeframe would be great to know. This could be a deal breaker – I may need to look at a different solution if this can’t be accomplished fairly quickly.
Thank you!

ParticipantI have the exact same request. My Facebook events are set up with a ticket URL, but on import the Events Calendar links to the Facebook event and not the ticket URL under “Details”. I don’t want my customers to have to click through to the event on Facebook, and then click to the ticket purchase URL – I want them to go directly to the ticket URL.
