Each time, my user get a 502 Bad Gateway displayed sometime with nginx and sometime with The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.
The error is displayed when user try to add to cart the ticket, so somewhere when the plugin try to save in database the data of fields.
I think it’s not an error or a bug in the code because something don’t work somewhere between the network & the server (website is host on OVH), but the code of the plugin doesn’t manage properly this case and lost all data of fields not yet saved in base and allow to finish transaction.
Maybe we he have to be redirected on the page of the event with a message kind “Something went wrong, please try again” with all fields correctly reload with data (with a cookie ?).
What do you think about it ?
PS : in my case, all fields are required.
