Hi. I wish i could but that’s beyond my WordPress capabilities! The reality is that I’d have to pay my website lady to do it and this isn’t important enough for me to do that. Could I ask you to arrange a refund please and I’ll find another solution.
Hi Barry, I bought the Eventbrite plugin and upgraded to Events Calendar pro. So I’ve bought 2 products and can’t make it work. I wish I could create the new set up, I paid someone to do the original set up for me. I’m an accountant not a techie! I can work with the plugins but I don’t know enough about WP to create a new installation. I would be happy to give you access to my site as an administrator if that would help or does that go beyond the level of support you are able to offer?
I have no idea – I’ve only just got the rest of the site working as I wanted. I’m reluctant to start messing around with plug-ins just in case I break what is already there. How would I be able to see if it works with an unmodified copy of Twenty Twelve. I paid for The Events Calendar then I paid for Pro – it looks awful, I’m pretty mortified and I’m concerned that I’m going to have to pay someone else to make it work because I don’t think I can.
