Hi,

I actually cannot find that file anymore. We completely deleted the cache plugin and this is still happening. We noticed this after we did the most recent update.

Any ideas?

I have fully disabled QuForm and it did not fix the problem. I will leave it disabled so you can view it.

I just went in and deactivated all of the plugins we have and it is still showing wonky.
