Thanks for getting back to me. Found the issue. The functions.php file wasn’t labelled correctly – it was missing the “s” for some reason and consequently the file wasn’t reading and the code never executed.
Was scratching my head there for a bit as I tried everything you asked and the problem persisted. Was about to send you the contents of the file via gist when I realised the file wasn’t named correctly. Can’t believe I missed it though it was setup by someone else.
Anyway, thank you for all your help with this!
